Wildflower Honey is a nice mild flavored honey. Our sweet clover honey comes from the miles of rolling hills of sweet clover plants in Montana’s Yellowstone valley. I personal use this on toast, biscuits and to cook moist cookies or cakes – no dried out flavor taste ! Crystallization will occur.
