Sullivan Bees Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”)

Website and Intellectual Property

The Site www.QueenBeehives.com, and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Sullivan Bees, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

APICARE/HONEY Shipping Terms

All APICARE and Honey orders are shipped using UPS GROUND. The order leaves the warehouse in Atwater California within 1 or 2 business days.

QUEEN BEE Shipping Terms

All QUEEN BEE orders are shipped via UPS Overnight on the shipping date you select when ordering. Queens are shipped in UPS Overnight envelopes for orders under 50 queens, and a small overnight box for orders of 50 or more queen bees. Queens are Not Guaranteed by a Sullivan Bees or UPS on delivers. We ship queen bees only Monday through Wednesday excluding holidays starting in early April and ending in September.

Payment Options

PAYPAL Payments – Use your PayPal account to pay for your purchase on the website. Login into PayPal and choose your payment account.
Pay with Check/Cash by mail or upon pickup. Use your order number as payment reference. Send Payments To:

Order Agreement and Terms & Conditions

This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Atwater, California USA without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
